By creating an account or using FlowCamp, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English and cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowCamp ("Service"), operated by FlowCamp ("we", "us"). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
FlowCamp is a visual campaign planning tool that lets you organise marketing campaigns, cards, and workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, though we'll aim to provide reasonable advance notice for significant changes.
You agree not to use FlowCamp to:

Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you'll retain access to paid features until the period ends.
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@flowcamp.app within 14 days and we'll review it.
We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in FlowCamp — your projects, campaigns, cards, comments, and file uploads.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We will never use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any files or content you add to FlowCamp.
The FlowCamp name, logo, UI, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruption, to the extent permitted by law.
We back up data regularly, but you are encouraged to export important content periodically.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@flowcamp.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowCamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
